I’m an Indonesian professional who built a global career from scratch — not from a perfect accent or elite education, but through persistence, self-reinvention, and strategy. What This Is

Unmuted Semi-Private Coaching is a small-group experience (4–5 people per group) designed for non-native professionals who want consistent progress, expert guidance, and peer accountability — without the pressure or cost of private coaching.

Each group meets once a week for 50 minutes. Groups are fixed — you’ll grow together with the same people, creating trust and momentum. This is a lower-cost alternative to private coaching, with the added bonus of peer support.

Compared to private coaching, semi-private coaching offers:

• A more affordable monthly investment.
• Community support — grow with others facing similar challenges.
• Less pressure — you’re not always in the spotlight, but still actively learning.
• Motivation and inspiration from peers who are on the same path.

How You’ll Be Grouped

Once you join the waitlist, you’ll fill out a short form to help me understand:

• Your time zone and availability.
• Your current role and career goals.
• Your English level and communication challenges.

I’ll use this info to carefully match you with others at a similar stage. Groups only begin when a strong match is found.

If you have 3–4 friends or colleagues who also want to grow, you can request to form a custom group together. Just let me know in the order form — and I’ll do the rest.

What You Will Do

We meet weekly to:

• Practice speaking in professional English.
• Build confidence in meetings, interviews, and leadership scenarios.
• Work toward career growth goals in a global setting.

FAQ

What’s the format of each session?
Each group meets once a week for a live 50-minute session online. Sessions include speaking practice, feedback, coaching, and structured activities.

Will I get individual speaking time?
Yes. While you’ll share time with the group, every session includes space for each person to participate, reflect, and receive feedback.

Can I choose my own group?
Yes — if you have 3–4 friends or colleagues who want to join as a group, just mention it in the order form. Otherwise, I will carefully match you with others based on goals, level, and availability.

What if someone in my group drops out?
If a member leaves, I’ll discuss next steps with the remaining group. Groups won’t be merged or altered mid-way unless everyone agrees.

Can I switch groups or cancel?
Once a group starts, it’s fixed to build trust and momentum. If you need to pause or cancel, you can do so at the end of your monthly cycle.

Is this right for me if I’m nervous about speaking?
Absolutely. This setting gives you consistent, low-pressure practice with supportive peers and expert guidance.

How much does it cost?
$88/month for each member. This is a structured, high-support program — a more accessible option than private coaching, but still personal and growth-focused.

Will I get recordings or follow-up?
To protect group privacy, recordings aren’t provided. However, you’ll get assignments, reflections, and feedback after each session to continue learning between meetings.
